Public speaking is one of the most scary thing for most people, especially for those of a shy disposition, the thought of speaking in front of the audience can be a nightmare. This fear and anxiety builds around a misconception that introverted people do not make a good public speakers. It’s something that outgoing, confident and charismatic people will do best without much effort.

The truth is everyone has a potential to be great public speakers, introverted or extroverted by nature. Public speaking is not an in-born skill, it’s a skill that can be nurtured. In fact, when it comes to speaking in front of the audience, the introverted has a quiet influence which we learn to access and embrace, can help us feel confident when we need it the most.

In this session, Ratna will be sharing some tips, strategies and practical application of accessing the resources within us to be confident while speaking and mindfulness practice to help us overcome our speaking anxiety.
